Djokovic on Alcaraz & Sinner: 'They're just too good'

Djokovic said that best of 5 sets against them was now too much for him physically, and that his energy levels just dropped off after he lost the second set against Alcaraz.
I totally get the physical aspect of it being an issue BUT, he isnt even winning the first set now. He is being played off the court from the get go which to me speaks volumes.

His frustration is palpable, and i warned this would happen if he went on too long. I still think RG2022 haunts him as does USO 2021. Ive said it for a couple of years now and the more i see him hit the wall v Sinneraz the more it confirms my belief.

He is right at this stage of his career where he is greatly diminished these two are just too good for him to best in a best of 5 match at GS

Roger never beat Novak at a GS after he turned 31.

They met in 6 slams between 2014
and 2020, and Novak won them all.

At least Novak was able to still beat both Sinner and Raz at Slams between 35 and 37 yrs of age.

why should rg 2022 haunt him?

and yes, he is having a bad start against sinner and alcaraz all the time, that was not the case 2 years ago, his time is up.

I just think losing all his last matches at slams to fellow ATGS will hurt given how competitive he is
