The novak pro is the barricade 7 so im not sure why youre scared about a last set of 7s

The novak ones are pretty cool. Plus novak is the best to play at the moment

Not to mention Fed has carbon fibre shank plates in all his shoes while we get the rubber/whatever it is in the retail version. That makes quite a difference in how the shoes feel...

I'm being sarcastic but not in a mad way . I got the novak pros because I dont like the newest barricades but always like the previous models. Plus they are very cheap here.

Is it a superstitious thing, or what? Other players tend to wear the latest version, e.g, Roger, Rafa and Andy. But Novak seems to have stuck with the 7s, albeit in different colours.

Btw, I'm not saying that he should ditch the 7s. I'm just curious as to why he hasn't. I'm sure Adidas are trying to persuade him to wear their latest - so as to them much-needed exposure/promotion.

it has to do with what the foot likes. if you like a shoes that fits you just right and you feel very stable in, pros don't like changing that just like they don't like to change their favorite racket. Shoes is just as important to the pro game, it is like a Tire in the racing car. Almost as important as the racket itself. just like I liket the Yonex SHT 308's and don't like the New powercushion pro. but I can't buy the 308's anymore.

I was pissed too that adidas let djokovic escape.
Nothing cooler than wearing djokovics pro model shoe.
