Okay.
What's the opinion of yours on this match??

(The last poll option is not troll or insult to Nishikori, but he played a brutal five set match & has a huge history of injuries, so its a possibility)

Including men’s best-of-three matches Nishikori has the best career winning percentage in those that go the distance

Just needs to drop 2 of the first 4 sets. Then he’ll have Djoker right where he wants him.

Was a 6-2, 6-0 smackdown in Tokyo last month. I have never in my life seen Kei play worse than that, I believe he had 3 straight days of singles and had also played doubles the night before. The second set bagel was pitiful especially when you consider the whole country was watching. Not sure what happened there.

I think Nishikori will break Djokovic’s serve a few times but eventually fall short. May take a set, may not. Djokovic is 16-0 against him since 2014 apparently.

Kei won't come close to winning a set. He is a beating drum for Novak. Novak can play with his wrong hand and THRASH Kei half asleep. Why are they even having the match?

Probably the same reason they made poor old Ferrer roll out to play Federer every time, or Gasquet to play Nadal.. reliable pigeons are hard to come by.

OK, anyone what time is this match happening? I have tickets for the 7 pm third round, but maybe there are a few left if he plays earlier?

Nishi is so upset at CityBus stealing his mid-match shower gambit that, as a 1up move, he will attempt to catch the subway to Manhattan after winning the 1st set.

However, he will trip on a pile of camera cables before even leaving the stadium and will end up retiring.

Classic Mr. Glass.
Literally lol. Nishikori's ninja (sub)way.

That can't be right. Too low. Link?

If true, 8 games over is an excellent value. Djoker is rusty and has a history of giving away sets.
My bad. I should have said, that I think the over/under is 8 games. No betting place said this.

Djokovic in straights. A good one for old time's sake.

Who writes "United States Open?" It just looks bizarre.
I write that.
And I don't think it looks bizzare. We all need to move away from the short forms & slangs or else our future generations would lose language's structure, bhaijan.
I like it.

We should not be shy, we should write it in full:
Two Thousand Twenty One Association of Tennis Professionals United States Open Tennis Championships

but I am afraid there is a thread title number of characters limit in use

Formally.
I believe International Tennis Federation's United States Open Tennis Championships is divided into Association of Tennis Professionals United States Open Tennis Championships and Women's Tennis Association United States Open Tennis Championships to differentiate men's and women's tournaments, both played in the United States Tennis Association Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

That's the way to write it, too bad that the software settings of forum don't allow that.

What would that mean in English or Persian if you know that?!

@Rina : As predicted, ND is on Ashe during the day as the second match (not before 1330 EDT).
I got the tickets for 12 Arthur Ashe, but what time should I arrive to watch Djokovic/Nishikori? News are saying that the lines to enter are 2 hours! It will be what will be, I guess.
