Having seen Delpo play Murray, Federer and Novak it is clear he is not in their class especially in the movement department. I think it willl be tough for him to win a major if he has to go through those guys.

JMDP has much a lot of improvements to make, just like on the WTA side everybody is lookinf at Safina as the next best thing because of the summer bothe players has had, but they still have much more to go. Time will tell what he can do, but he isn't far.

Great defence from Nole, shame he missed the pass and then the cc bh. Looks like Nole has been on vacation and not the practice court.

I think Joker and Delpo actually have similar games but I agree Joker's movement is on another level and that's what sets them apart.Delpo is still very young though,he has plenty of time to improve and he is a good competitor and fighter.

I can imagine Tsonga win a major.. not Delpo, unfortunately.

There's no middle ground with Novak's drop shots. They're either excellent or come at the worst possible times (like during break points when he loses the point and dumps it into the net)

delpo's game is kind of like hantuchova. lanky groundstrokes, good power, baseline basher. delpo seems to have even more firepower, of course, and he's mentally tougher. naturally i'd rather look at hantuchova, but their games are vaguely alike i think.

It is hard to improve movement. I see Delpo as a top player that will find it difficult to get past the QF at big tourneys. I can't believe Nole gave up the break. It seems like he has not been practising at all. What is wrong with Nole when it comes to the last quarter?

It is hard to improve but it can still be improved somewhat and Delpo actually moves well for a big guy he's just isn't nearly as good as the top 4 in that department. But regardless he can improve in other areas to compensate for that, like improving his already good serve which can be better for a guy of his height.

I don't what's it about Novak,he just doesn't seem to be able to keep up high level of play during the entire season but then again it's not easy to be consistant troghout the entire year.

I agree for his height Delpo should be serving much much better. If Delpo can develop a serve as good as say Ivo he may be able to give the top guys nightmares. He also needs to develop a better transistion game; his all out bashing from the back won't cut it against quality opponents. However, he is currently the best big man player since Safin was large and in charge.

It's 1:30 in my parts, but I think I will stay up for the 2nd match and wait until the women's final. I ain't got nothing going on for Sunday.
I think it will be worth it,it could be a great match.I really feel that Kolja's game can give Tsonga all sorts of troubles if he's on.Hope I'll be able to watch the whole match as I have a training in 12 o'clock,I'll probably be one of the few people here rooting for Kolja as usual :).
