Djokovic will never have more WTF titles than Federer

Don't forget that Federer won 3 times in the best of 5 sets, and won 5 times undefeated.

Context is everything

If anything BO5 would only put more distance between Djokovic and the field, especially during Novak's prime.

Nothing to argue about the other point. Fed is the better YEC player by multiple metrics.

Federer has always been a better fast hard court player than Djokovic - he beat him in Cincinnati even in 2015 when Novak was BOATing. Federer’s slice BH is an underrated weapon on fast courts and Djokovic doesn’t have anywhere close of a GOAT-level slice in his repertoire. I’ve seen Federer take opponents off the court to one side with his slice and then hit winners into open space on the other side of the court repeatedly and effortlessly on fast courts in a manner that no one else compares.

While 6 (3x 2 in a row) is impressive, Djokovic managed to win 4 in a row.

Djokovic only needs one YEC to tie Fed. I don’t see that so hard to accomplish.

When was the last time he won YEC. 2014 was a Gifted one.
