Scotus my friend, You are the pallet master.
Like you I am a fan of extended-length racquets, which is why I have loads of pallets.
Just a few days ago I was over at a friends house, we started talking racquets as we often do. Long story short we end up in his basement going thru his old sticks. Handed me a 6.1 95 Prostaff, and say's "here's one that they added an inch for me" I'm looking at him like he's just grown an extra eyeball. Wilson palletes are not removable. So I ask him for a closer look. It was pretty slick, done by the wilson pro room, just before he left to play in europe. Next time I'll snap some pictures for you. It will blow your mind will the cool.
Would love to see it!
Though Wilson "pallets" are not removable, they can still be removed. I have been extending Wilsons and Princes lately with great success.
But I am afraid Prostaff 6.0 95, if extended to 27.75 or 28, would have too much SW for my kick serves.
Yeah, for sure. I figure the 325 SW got pushed out to ~367. I''ll show you mine if you show me yours ha ha. How the heck are you extending Wlsons and Princes? I know you arent a fan of the sliding butt cap technique. I assume you are finessing the pallet shape for fit?
Thank you so much, scotus.
