Do Pros Actually use Babolat RPM String?

Do the Pros actually use Babolat RPM string or maybe something similar that they do not sell to the public? Not sure if anyone may actually know?

They use retail strings. Nadal uses 1.35mm RPM Blast.

I think for a while some pros were able to get 'original' Babolat Natural Gut (e.g., pre-BT7), but that has likely dropped off at this point.

Short answer is yes……..but often many do get some earlier. Like Medvedev that had the white razor code way way before it was public. Many thought he was using ice code (he didn’t).

I’m curious on the pros availability of the white package of Wilson Gut. Are they still producing it for just the pros? Or do they have so much overstock of that NG, that they don’t run out

Except that they have microscopic strips of lead tape on the sides of every string, placed by professional customizers.

people think that players use retail products for their entire developmental careers then as soon as they turn pro they get access to some magical black market DARPA reverse engineered alien tech tennis products. It's pretty much the same crap everyone has access to. Even prostock is way overrated. If you ever wonder why top players play better than you, it's practice and skill. That's it. There is not magical equipment that gets them there that anyone of us don't have access to.
