Do Pros get custom fitted nike clothes?

Obviously the RF nike lines and Rafa nike lines would be made according to the measurements of Roger and Rafa (for them personally), But I'm curious to know if other players outside of the top 10 who are sponsored by nike wear the usual S, M, L, XL sizes for shirts and shorts. Or would most have their own personal fitted sizing?

I know most of the top guys would have custom made shoes. How much lower in the rankings would this go though? I wouldn't have guessed anyone below top 20 or so. Wondering this for both clothes and shoes. Nike in particular

I think out of the men, only Rafa and Federer have custom clothing and shoes (maybe Delpo has custom shoes too, dont know about now tho!)

Since Nike have stopped doing the Bonded seems on the Premier line i think they have also stopped doing custom fitted clothing for Rafa And Federer, I only say this because Federer's clothes look like the exact same fit as what you now buy in store and Nike have been pretty stingy this year with the quality of the range (not even Federer gets bonded seems anymore, which used to make the premier range PREMIER!

I have some sets of pro clothes (gulbis and tsonga) and they seem identical to retail as far as I can tell.
