Do y'all see Ruud winning a match in this year's ATP finals?

The guy hits with amongst the highest spin on tour on both FH and BH and is extremely consistent. He deserves his ranking even though he is more of a slow court player and the indoor season is the toughest for him. He is a model student of the Nadal academy.
Lol he got lucky due to Sinner's misfortunes. That guy shouldve played the FO final instead of Ruud, and also the Miami final too (1200+600) points missed for Sinner

He adapted pretty quickly to the court. Even made Djokovic exert himself a bit.
He won’t be able to do the same to Nadal here.

But it does bode well for Rafa - the higher altitude and bounce allowing a lowly mug such as Ruud success last year - imagine what Nadal can do? I think Nadal should be looked at as the first or second favorite.

In the USO final Ruud showed up except for that tb disaster. Carlos was a little better than Ruud but not better like Fed was against Hewitt in the 04' USO finals serving him two bagels.

I don't see why he shouldn't. He reached two Slam finals, including one on hardcourt. He seems to be absurdly underrated here.
His indoor season this year is abysmal, 4-3. Haven't had a decent win since the US.
I can def see him lose all 3 unless he improves his form asap

I feel like Cincy should have been banned after PCB won it
Must have missed this. What year? It certainly wasn’t this year when he lost 1R and booked into the WATLYNM Lodge after winning Montreal the week before.

Coric won The Real Slam’22, a well earned title with wins over six players that have all now earned multiple titles in 2022. The two top seeds at Turin were taken down by him that week.

Hopefully not, not a fan of the guy but credit to him as he's earned his place.

FAA and Fritz should be able to beat him.

Against Nadal he will undoubtedly lose with his frail fanboy mentality, he will quickly drop the soap and spread his butt cheeks as wide as he did in the French Open final where he pathetically lost the last 11 consecutive games (even 2008 Federer didn't manage to achieve that). Ruud could be up 5-0, 40-0 and then implode as badly as Medvedev did in the 2019 WTF match vs Nadal.

Obviously he is really good, but I doubt he wins finals.
