what i wanted to saying in this post is i really wanted know 2011 , 2012 , 2013 , 2015 , 2016 novak djokovic 's AO level
this five year 's AO novak djokovic 's level was really really unbeatable or not ?

i do think that 2011 AO novak djokovic was best
he couldn 't lost anyone at that open
he beat berdych , federer , murray all three set

2012 AO was diffrent , what if murray or rafa goes more for shot and take novak djokovic out ?

2013 AO was only shot is stan wawrinka ...
wawrinka so close to take out novak djokovic at that R16 match

2015 AO ... i think this one goes for djokovic

2016 AO ... simon was only chance for beat djokovic

i feel like truly unbeatable open for novak djokovic was only 2011 AO

No player is unbeatable, the best case we got is Nadal at RG and even then he was bested.
I AM NOT saying past player
in 2011 AO , that tourney
anyone can beat novak djokovic at that open ?
rafa lost david ferrer in three set at QF

No racket clap from the champion at 0.34. Usually he's very sporting in his racket clapping. It was a lucky win for RBA and true to his nature, showed his unsportsmanlike behavior with trying to mimic the legendary boobthrow celebration from the champ. Even then the champ showed great sportsmanship by patting him on the head. What a player. This is what champions are made of

Add Roddick, Nalbandian and Baghdatis to that list and you’ll be on the right track.
Nobody said this apart from maybe the odd troll. Djokovic is the favourite vs all of them by a clear margin.

2004/2005/2007 Fed would beat 2011 Djokovic. So would 2005 Safin and maybe someone like 1995 Agassi. So not unbeatable.
Depends on the surface.

Nobody is beating 2011 Djokovic on that slow as molasses Plexicushion. 2017 or 2021 surface is a different matter.

True, the surface matters. But even 2011 Federer pushed that version of Djokovic hard and Djoker barely managed to eke out each set. Younger versions of Fed would beat him.

Doesn't work that way. At the end of the day, Fed lost in straights, not dissimilar to Djoker in the 2007 USO F against Fed.

Djokovic in the AO 11 SF was better than Federer was in the USO 2007 F tbh.

Meh, 2007 USO was at the end of Fed's peak. Wasn't quite as good while 2011 AO was absolute peak for Djoker. It's also easier to play against an older, less athletic opponent than a younger one.

It wasn't the end of his peak. He played one heck of a Masters Cup at the end of the year.

The strange losses that year to Canas, Volandri should be proof that he wasn't peak anymore. Of course he upped his level in BO5, but he didn't quite have that edge anymore.

2008, 2011 (Whole tournaments) & 2016, 2019 (SF-F) nole can be matched by only 2004/2005/2007 roger or 2009 nadal at AO, against everyone else (including all other versions of fedal too) he wins by Massacring the opponents.

Well, he had early weird losses in 2004 too.
Those were mostly mental or could be explained by something else (sick in Miami for example). His level at the slams in 2004 was among his best ever, while in 2007 you could see he was missing something.

Surfaces changed at ao, but Novak was dominant there... He lost few, off course, but won on quite different surfaces... This year he played Zverev and Med to whom fast surface suites, but...

I think surface is important, but there is something else that suites Novak there...who knows what... My personal favorite is begining of the season, and his freshness. USO is opposite, end of slam season...

We'll never know. But I think playing Novak on a faster court would change things a bit rather than playing him on the 2011-2012 surface.

These are varying levels. Djokovic dropped after 2011, and he was better in 2015 than 2011.

He lacked movement in all these years. He lacked serving in 2011 especially. He had holes. Put him in a strong era, and watch him get patted down.

He reached 4 slam finals and won 3 of them, won a Masters on clay and won the ATP Finals. I don't think a couple of odd losses in less important events mean he wasn't at his peak.

2011 and 2016 he was almost unbeatable.

2012 he was close to losing twice, so obviously not, same as 2013.

2015 I'd have to rewatch some highlights to remember his level, I'd say somewhere in between those 2.

I don't think any player is beating 2016/2011 Djokovic.

I think I would have most versions of Djokovic as odds on favorite either way.

Djokovic has always just relied on his opponents mistakes more than anything.
The fact he needed 6 hours to beat the lowest confidence version of Nadal, says it all....
OP should retire from the internet....

Stupid question. 2004, 2005, 2007 Federer wins vs any Djokovic at AO in 4. So does 2005 Safin and maybe even 06 Bagdhatis.

Baghdatis would have been happy to face 2011 Djokovic in the SF instead of strong era opponent Nalbandian. That way he would’ve even had enough stamina to beat Federer in the final. ;)

But against RBA that too at wimbledon. That takes a special effort
Now that’s a fair point haha. I dunno, maybe he decided he wanted to grind RBA a bit for some strategic mindfuk reason only RBA passed the consistency test so he finally ripped a BH wide / BH DTL combo

He was serving on a breakpoint with a break up in the 3rd. Maybe he wanted to make sure he kept the advantage but that was a sore sight o_O

Djokovic was just three months younger than AO11 Federer when he held all four slams plus YEC. Meanwhile Federer was getting spanked by the likes of Mirnyi, Ančić and Arazi in straights at US07 Djokovic’s age. Nice try though bud.
