Do you feel Blake is stiff?

Looking at Blake, quickness aside, I have a feeling he is stiff. In the sense that he is not flexible enough with his body parts. I heard that when he was young he was fitted into a cast of sort. May be that is why? Perhaps he should do some yoga.

Had had scoliosis and had to wear a back brace for many years, if I remember correctly.
That's probably why he doesn't arch his back and why he stands very upright with good posture.

Yes, he did break his neck, and then contracted shingles during his recovery. During that time he was out, his father was dying from stomach cancer. He's really been through it lately and I have a lot of admiration for him for getting back into form so quickly.

He had to wear some kind of brace for a few years as a kid, too. Hard to not root for a guy who's gone through so many crappy situations, just any ONE of which would probably be enough to emotionally incapacitate many Americans.

lol...not that story AGAIN!

anyway...i guess scoliosis also explains why his back is so straight on his serves as well.

rather watch Blake play than Roddick. Roddick has such an ugly style.

where's Marat Safin these days? is he another Goran Ivanisevic?

Yeah, probably. One of the down sides of living in such relative prosperity.

Jeez, yeah, no kidding. That he managed to overcome any mental blocks after a horrendous injury like that alone speaks volumes.

Try moving the way he does on court - you can't do that while being stiff. He just has exceptional posture.

No, he didn't mean that, and you know it. And I won't bother explaining what he really meant because you've taken a comment and are determined to make an issue out to it.

If someone says something that offends you, explain why ...logically. No YELLING!!!
