Do you have to string one piece?

Bought a Volkl SG10 mid 320 and saw that it calls for a one piece. All the rackets I've ever had are two piece jobs and I normally lower the tension of my crosses 2 lbs from my mains. Is is possible to string this as a two piece job or will I have to learn how to do a one piece? Will stringing it as a two piece damage the frame? I had a hard time trying to find a grommet that would fit the starting knot after tying off the mains on top.

I haven't strung this particular racquet but pure controls/storms have the top cross tie off on another cross so you'd have to start with a starting clamp or go bottom-up with a starting knot. I haven't encountered a volkl that's done this before though.

Can be done as one piece or two piece. Tie off mains at 7H. Crosses tie off at 6H & 11T. If you decide to do one piece, just change the tension -2 # for the 1st cross at 8H and off you go. The tension will not equalize due to frame and string friction.
