The clips on TennisTV is just comically short. Such a(n extended) highlight tape probably does not exist but it is worth a shot to ask at least. So... does anyone have it? It was Sinner's first victory vs Tsitsipas.

Sometimes it looks like they are taking the **** on purpose. You can have a three-hour match and they give you highlights below 3 minutes.

Tennistv has the full replay as well as a highlight video that’s 5:32 long. I checked if there was anything else but think that’s it.
