Does rpm blast have better snapback than solinco tour bite?

I've heard that solinco tour bite rewards brushier strokes because of its superior bite, but rpm blast blast rewards solid strokes because of its superior snapback.
It seems to be a general consensus online that solinco tour bite has more spin potential than RPM blast. But is this just because most non-pros just don't hit the ball hard enough to really get the best out of rpm blast's spin potential? Or does solinco tour bite have sufficient snapback on its own?

rpm blast 1.25 lasted me 3,5hrs until it broke so i assume i'm hitting hard enough but still could not find any "superior" snapback after the initial 30mins - that is until the coating has worn off. tour bite gives me consistent spin over it's entire lifetime, which is only slightly better, that is 4 hitting hours.

full bed of RPM blast, I can literally get 3100 RPM on my topspin. and I am 4.5. so in full bed RPM is the best I think. too bad my arm doesn't allow full bed of poly

I would think the 40-60MPH+ impact of string on ball, and the ball pocketing poly allows, would impart far more spin than a tiny little string snapping back.
