does the clima control compartment in head tour team/ Djokovic bags really work?

I recently upgraded to the Head Djokovic tour team monstercombi bag. I had an old tour team supercombi (monstercombi) which did not have a clima control racket compartment. Does the clima control compartment really protect rackets and my gut string job or is it merely a gimmick? What exactly does the clima control compartment do?

It keeps the rackets cool. I live in FL and it gets hot. My friend has a technifibre bag with the insulation in it. Not sure if its the same as the head. But he keeps his drinks / phone in there so they don't get hot.

I don't know how bad heat is to a racquet.

Maybe a benefit might be to prevent wild fluctuations in temp, which might affect string tension. I don't think it's just to keep the racket cool because that wouldn't make sense - you play with the racket when it's hot outside. Maybe there's a benefit if you keep the rackets in your trunk on a hot summer day. Maybe then the foil might help.

My guess is that it's just marketing. Like I posted in another thread, back in the early nineties, no one had foil-lined bags - not even the pros.
