Does your tennis bag brand match your racquet brand?

It does and it doesn't. Used to have Head bag and play with Prince racquet but I gave both to my younger brother. I bought a Wilson bag and racquets after that but I don't carry the bag with me for the last three years. It's just too big and not suitable to carry while riding a bike. I put everything in my 20 yo/still good as new Dakine knapsack: bike chain, 2 racquets, 2 cans of balls, 2 spare shirts, a towel and a cap. Checked out some dedicated tennis knapsacks but I can't find a good reason for buying them.

Wilson rackets, Head bag. Before the head bag, I had a Babolat bag, also Wilson rackets. Never had a Wilson bag but always played Wilson rackets. Never cared a bit about matching.

My 15 pack bag I use for tournaments and such does. Picked it up as it’s the 2012 ltd edition with all of feds wimby titles. But the bag I use the most, backpack, is a Babolat. I think they make the best backpacks.

When my old Wilson bag wore out I bought a Volkl bag to match my racquets. But I wear New Balance shoes, Nike wrist and headbands and Wilson and adidas clothes, so my racquets are coordinated but I am not.

I currently have the Wilson Clash Tour and I have a 15 racquet Wilson tour tennis bag. It does somewhat match the gray in my racquet though. I don’t like the current Wilson Clash bags they have available. The current Clash bag is a duffle style and they do not offer the normal tour style bag in the US yet. I do like coordinating gear, it looks better more professional.

Nope. I have Yonex frames, and a FILA bag. FILA doesn't make racquets, so it'll never match with anything. It's kinda nice in a way, since bags from clothing brands (like FILA, Adidas, Nike, etc) can technically match with any racquet.

I used to care about them matching when I was younger, but now I just buy whatever's cheapest/the best deal.

Wilson backpack, Prince tennis bag....4 Head rackets. At one time, the yellow Prince bag matched some yellow Prince frames I was using. That was more about cheap price than being matchy-matchy.

Doesn't matter the brand, just needs to be massive so I can bring along a shed load of different racquets because who knows where my fancy is going to take me. I don't know if it's a thing but I think I may be a racquet swinger.

Wilson Ultra bag, Pro Staff 97 racquets, Nike headband, Babolat shoes, Adidas socks, local brand on the shorts, whatever t-shirt I grab first ranging from Adidas, Nike and Diadora to a bunch o local brands, I don't even coordinate colors.

My bag is actually autographed by the player I really dislike, but I take pride in the idea that is why it was put on the discount rack and I bought it so cheap.

Won a Head bag
12 racquet
Gold colour
Tried selling it but couldn’t even give it away

Wonder why.....

Used to do that when I exclusively played with Wilson Pro Staff Midsize. I currently like the bags from Head but not the rackets. Maybe the Graphene 350 Prestige MP will change that.

No really... lol
Recently I have been using Angell racquets with a Babolat bag.
Now I use Wilson racquets (and one Angell) with the same Babolat bag lol

Head with Head. Head bags (if you can live with that it is a one year old design/artwork) are more or less always on sale. I paid for my TourTeam Monstercombi (12 rackets, perfect for 6 rackets, shoes, clothes, towel, balls etc) around 50$. One of the two racket compartments is "Climate controlled".

Of course! Although my old black/yellow Babolat AeroPro Drive rackets don't quite match exactly with my Babolat black/fluorescent yellow bag. o_O

Good question. Having more than 200 racquets and more than 20 bags it is easy and difficult to match. I'd like that bags colour match my clothes' colours.

Check old videos when players hit the courts with "fistfull" of racquets, no using any bags. Also they brought several towels with them. Self service.

One of my customers told me he was on vacation in the Bahamas and a guy came down to the courts with 5 racquets under his arm and a towel over his shoulder. My customer was like who does this bozo think he is.

It was Ken Rosewall.

Dunlop bag. Prince and head racquets. For those who have to have matching do you mainly stick to one brand or have to keep buying new bags every racquet change? What do you do with all your used ones?

I store my old racquets in my older bags, sometimes the kids use the other bags or friends will take them off my hands. I was a Wilson user, then Head and currently using Yonex.

I used the old bag for extra string, overgrips, Nuun tablets, knee braces and heat patches. I'll transfer to my current bag as needed.
