Austria's Dominic Thiem says every member of the Big Three group falls into the greatest tennis player of all times category since each have accomplished something very unique. Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer each have 20 Grand Slams in their collection.

Earlier this year, Djokovic surpassed Federer on the all-time list for most weeks spent as world No. 1. "For me, there are three GOATs in the game, and each of them has achieved something very unique,” Thiem said of the trio locked on 20 major titles each”.

“So it’s still the same for me as it was before. The three of them are the best in the history to me. And I’m only super happy to be in the same era with them and to be able to compete with them. Hopefully many more times next year again”.

As safe and unoriginal as this answer is he's not wrong. Federer has taken attacking tennis to a new level and is the undisputed king of grass. Nadal's 13RGs is probably the most difficult sporting achievement to topple. Djokovic's consistent high level for the past 10 years, double career slam and likely slam record gives him the greatest claim as the single GOAT but the other two have also done very unique things Djokovic and others are unlikely to surpass.
