Federer has the best draw.

He’s literally playing a bunch of nobodies.

A couple of things, the first being Med's draw. Med is the only one who has an outside chance of preventing Djokovic from getting the 2nd seed at RG, but to do that I believe he needs to make the final at least. That draw isn't going to be forgiving for him. Secondly, Djokovic needs to grind a little here, and needs to get himself tested, it is not about picking up the win by avoiding as many good players as possible, that would be ideal at RG, but here he needs matches to get battle hardened for RG. Finally, Alcaraz has a nice draw, but not too nice, it really depends on how much effort he is willing to put out there and does he want to reveal his hand to Djokovic in a final here.

Wawrinka doesn't have it easy, he has Ivashka who made the quarters of AO and then Dimitrov, with the winner of that playing potentially Djokovic.

Murray and Fognini first round match.

Honestly all 3 of them have pretty difficult draws, Carlos as well, I don't understand why you put that laughing smiley next to it.
Because Med ans Stef are no match to Karl on clay. I'd give even Rublev and Musetti a better chance to upset him than Medtsipas.

Also this is the first tournament since Paris Indoors last year that both Djokovic and Alcaraz are in the same draw, and at that event they both lost to Rune.

Alcaraz is the it guy on the tour now, and he makes the draw tough for everyone, not just Djokovic. We did hear that Novak is going to be a force at the top into his 40s so let's see how he handles the new threats at 35.
Definitely. Novak playing in his 40s would be best for tennis.

Wow, that's crazy. That's like way back in the 70s when some top players would basically play different tours and rarely meet.

He got a cakewalk in Australia so it is not that tough

Well how about if I tell you that Djokovic and Alcaraz have only been in two draws together since Wimbledon of last year? Astana, where Carlos lost first round, and Paris Bercy.

It has literally been like two different tours, and these two owning their personal tour.

They two lions will face off once one another if they hunt the pray.

An exciting prospect! Overcoming the challenges is the point, and it will be most interesting to witness the unfolding story in Rome. I hope they all stay well, and give it their best shot - the potential fireworks would make a spectacular show! Looking forward to it.

For me, the word 'doomed' is not appropriate for one of the greatest players of the game to date. ND is a master problem solver, and I anticipate that he is keen to silence those that appear to have written him off for the FO title.

Novack's side of draw definitely stronger by big names. But on clay
Rune is the best player in the world and already beat Djokovic and Alcaraz.
In fact Rune broke Alcaraz's body last year.
Rune's body and mind keep breaking down lately. He is a great player, but not even close to best yet.

Man. They need a slam meeting ASAP. See who the real top dog is.

I‘m actually not seeing Rune as the crazy challenge, as everyone is saying. He‘s been quite on and of actually. If he’s on than yes. And Sinner isn‘t well suited for slow clay, so I‘m not super sure he will reach the semis.

That would be great. No challenge and 39 masters
