Doomed again! Djokovic set to play Rune, Sinner and Alcaraz at Rome!!!

Forget your dreams of sinner world.
Oh, but he's so, so hot!

I repeat: when you lose the QF, you didn't almost win the tournament.

Sinner hasn't remotely shown he can handle the occasion and wouldn't pull a Zverev should he somehow find himself up two sets in a slam final
To Ruud? After winning the biggest match of his career? I’m sure he wouldn’t bow out like that

Like Nishikori fans would have said in uso2014. Be happy that sinner hasn't been humiliated yet. He lost to good players at least. Novak Carlito Tsitsipas.

Tsitsipas fans thought the same when he lost to Rafa Wawrinka etc. But then he lost to Zverev or Shapovalov or someone bad. Then lost to Novak again and never won a grand slam.

If if if doesn't exist.

Sinner has been awfully consistent this year, legit has the best masters results apart from Alcaraz. I’m 90% sure he’ll make the semis. But I do think it’s time for him to break the ice and win
I‘m actually kind of exactly the opposite kind of Sinner-fan to you. I assume the bad outcomes and am happy if I‘m wrong.
That though, mainly is about reaching the semis but I‘m quite sure he won‘t win that title on slow clay against Alcaraz. Maybe if he would face another finalist.

You being sure doesn't make it anywhere close to certain. To Ruud, to Tiafoe. How Sinner reacts in a slam semi or slam final is unknown territory.

We can't award him all hypotheticals although that seems to be exactly what you are doing

He might have bowed out to Tiafoe due to being physically shot for instance (hint: see how well he played the next match after he last beat Alcaraz)

I guess you’re right. But I think he’ll be fully ready to win one by next year. I’m sure he won’t be 25 and slamless though

But who says Alcaraz is making that final? Even if he does I would take a rested Sinner over him. And we know that Alcaraz doesn’t like the crowd against him, reference to that 2021 match in Bercy against Gaston

Wait what?? Did you actually back down on Sinner def. winning a hypothetical???

Agree, that would surprise me too. But absolute certain, I am not
No I’m agreeing to the fact that he could’ve bowed out to Tiafoe, similar to how he physically wasn’t present against Medvedev. That’s why I’m not high hopes on him winning a slam this year, he broke my heart after he won that Alcaraz match

My unbiased point though is that even though Ruud and Murray made finals, they weren’t in a position to defeat the opponent like Sinner was, that’s why I’m saying Sinner showed more, despite not making the finals. But I’m sure he will make 1 final this year, most likely on a fast surface

I will take the win and consider that backing down :-)

Either way he’s going to blow up like a bomb by time he reaches 24. And I do still believe he’s going to rule the atp tour once he places a call to Sampras and fill out. He’s the dominator on fast courts in this decade imo..

You‘re really kind of the most unfathomable poster to me. This is another good post in my book. And then you‘re posting like Sinner is going to win every tournament from now on. Are actually two users using that account ;)

He’s going to win everything believe me.. he’s the real dominant player.. He isn’t a early bloomer like Alcaraz but when he blooms he’s going to be a bomb, and I attest to that.

Sampras would be terribly wrong to turn down a call. He would miss out the next fast surface dominator
Fast surface dominator should be someone like FAA. Not a baseliner. Even for Novak his game was too good so he barely made great on fast surface or he also would suffer. Novak didn't win a Cincy until he was 31.
