Doubles is now 3 full sets at AO?

i thought all the Grand Slams used 10 pt tiebreaks as a 3rd set.
but here I see full sets being played at AO.
so is this just for men? and also is this special to AO only?

They always played a regular 3rd set at Slams in Men's and Women's Doubles. Nowadays they have the Match Tiebreak at 6-6 then. Only Mixed Doubles has the Match Tiebreak INSTEAD of a 3rd set.
