Still amazing to be fair. Karlovic has had great longevity.Doesn’t seem likely, though. He is defending 155 points in January and February - of 589 total points. 90 at the Australian Open alone from a 3rd round finish in 2018. Oh well. Perhaps he can go on a tear one last time in an indoor event in February.
He has. It helps that his serve is relatively simple and so somewhat age proof. Interesting to see whether Isner can emulate his longevity. Signs are good, given that 2018 was his best year yet at 32/33: first masters just before he turned 33, first slam semi at 33, third slam quarter at 33, first year-end top ten ranking. But still six years to go! Also, Isner seems to me to be a bit more heavily built, which wouldn’t help, if I’m right (i haven’t looked up their weight).Still amazing to be fair. Karlovic has had great longevity.
