Dunlop 300G - Arm friendly?

Is the Dunlop 300G considered an "arm friendly" racket? It has a stiffness rating of 65... Also might be a bit light? I am currenty playing with a PD+, and am looking for a more arm friendly racket.

Oh yes... wanted to add, I have a full fast swing. Like to hit with lots of top spin. Sometimes I feel the PD+ might be a little too powerful for me... I was thinking the 300G might be a nice choice.

In my opinion, the 300G is too light and stiff to be considered arm friendly. One of the reasons I gave up on it and went to a much heavier and flexible stick.

Would recomend the PS Tour 95 and Volkl Tour 8 over the 300G. Both have more pop (but still less than the PD+) and offer nearly the high level of control and are more comfortable.

On paper the 300G doesn't look too arm friendly, but I've been using this for about 3 months now and haven't had any arm/elbow problems. (I'm a long-time sufferer of tennis elbow and used to use Wilson hypercarbon rackets). But demo the racket first as it is quite light and you might have to add some weight before you're satisfied. Also, stringing with a soft string at slightly lower tensions would also help I think. Good luck.

same as roundiesee except ive been playing with my dunlop 300g for about a year now. It is very arm friendly, its bettter than a lot of other racquets i demoed. It is a little light so you might want to add a little weight in the handl.

If you want arm-friendly, try the ProKennex 7g. Similar length, head size and swingweight as the PD+, but a little more flexible and heavier, both of which reduce shock. It also has the "kinetic" system, which reduces shock further.
