As for the 4d, I have been pulling out my m-fil while restringing my 4ds. When you go back to the 4d, it does feel a little sluggish, but that does go away. It is replaced with an incredibly solid and addictive feel. To me, it is the best 200 made yet. It just takes a little hitting to get used to it, and then you will love it.

I'd love to sell my m-fil and buy one more 4d so I have 4 of the same. But the people that email me want to buy it for $35 shipped, and I may as well keep it for that price.

Yeah, I can see the 4d 200 having huge potential. I just didn't have enough time with it to make any definitive assessment. And, it was strung too tightly for my liking, and the string was pretty dead, so I wasn't getting the pop I wanted. It was hard to guage how it would do with my preferred strings.

I found a very cheap (new) AG 200 to purchase, so now I have 2. But, I will probably give the 4d another look as summer gets closer.

I ordered my new AG 200 with Technifibre Black Code 17g strung at 59 lbs. I did this simply to contrast it too the full syn gut set up that is in the AG 200 that I usually used, and simply to try Black Code.

I'm really wondering if I'll like it. I like to hit with plenty of spin but at a low trajectory (unless I'm consciously trying to loop the ball more). And, the syn gut set-up was plenty powerful. I'm guessing in the long run that I'll settle on some sort of hybrid. A medium-soft poly with a basic syn gut like Prince Duraflex or Gamma syn gut. The real question for me will be the guage - 16g or 17g, or if a hybrid, one of each.
