Sorry if this has been covered. I've been playing the Aerogel 4d 500 tour (4 of them) for almost 2 years and recently switched to Aerogel 300 (also 4 of them, pre-4d). I noticed in my 4-d's that headsizes and shapes would be drastically different when compared side by side. Never really bothered me until I got the new Aerogel 300's and noticed the same lack of quality control, resulting in different head-shapes. (One racquet even had a Babolat grip on it straight out of the packaging! wth??) Is Dunlop really that bad with their QA? or is a certain amount of difference in headshape/size normal across all brands? Now, Im not talking about differences in playing characteristics like weight, balance, RDC etc, which is rarely the same from model to model, so it doesnt affect my playing all that much. But it seems to be an avoidable mistake by Dunlop. thoughts?
