I took my 2006 mcenroe maxply off of my wall (purchased as a decoration to go beside my framed “you cannot be serious!” poster of mac) to use in a friendly match and I ended up going 7 straight matches without dropping a set. Yes, I’m a flat hitter, continental, etc.

Which of the current dunlop cx200 series would be the closest to this racquet in terms of weight and head size?

Dunlop isn’t the same company that it was in 2006. It’s been bought and sold twice since then. It’s currently owned by a Japanese company and the rackets are all designed now in Japan. It’s just a name now. If you like that Maxply McEnroe then my suggestion is to go on the big auction site and be on the look out for more Maxply McEnroe’s.

I bought a second one thanks.
My first one was brand new (until I used it a few weeks ago...)
Didin’t know that Dunlop changed hands twice…thanks for the info.
