Dunlop Quality Control

I was asked my a friend to help match his dunlop 200g's. They were off my 1.5 grams. pretty good quality control if you ask me. Why is it that I keep hearing that dunlop quality control sucks???

Just got a 200g from TW and it's 345 grams, strung with 17 gauge Klip gut; 8 grams heavier than listed, and just enough to make it sluggish. I previously owned another 200g that had one of the center main string holes drilled off-line. I thought it was just my eyes at first, but I measured the distance between all the mains, along with the distance between the yellow paint lines and the one off-center grommet. Don't remember how far it was off, and I know it made no difference in how the racquet played, but I always had that in the back of my mind and never was kosher with that racquet afterwards. I'm thinking about selling the 200g I just got and asking TW to hand pick another one for me.
