Durability guarantee shoe replacement color

I believe that TW used to give store credit if the same color/size shoe wasn't available for the durability guarantee. However it seems like they just give a random color (but same size and shoe) now. I was just curious if we could get the option to pick our color for the replacement if the original is no longer available.
