Dustin Brown moves to Head like countryman Struff and both move up

"Dustin Brown moves to Head"

a. Does this mean that he is now using a babolat pure drive painted like some head frame?
b. Does this mean that he never used the pure drive to begin with? If so; What frame did he use?
c. Does this mean that he is actually switching frames? If so; From what to what?

looks like 18x20 and has the same pop as the Bab
but also won a clay challenger with great consistency
His touch is at another level now

The dude used stiff PD with stiff Poly at stiff tension.

I'm pretty sure this is just a frying pan with Head Speed Pro PJ.

Looks like a Marin Cilic TGK 231.3 but even more lead?

most players thankfully seem to get wiser with age
shame these 2 didnt use a more traditional setup earlier
They are very talented all court players yet chose to
swing sticks that guarantee wta hormonal yoyo results

Look how close he got to red hot FAA just this last match
compared to what he would have in the past versus talent

I believe that the TGK 231.3 code corresponds to the Radical Microgel MP mould; the beam on this one looks too thick to be it.
Taking a closer look and comparing it to mine, I do think it's the 339.1 (Graphene 360 Speed Pro). I could be wrong (eyes are not as good as they used to be) but the serial number on the sticker code (on the throat) starts with a J, which is for 2019 production batches (I think). Mine, which is a 2018 production model, starts with an I.

Yep, that’s what it looked like (especially with the small bridge). That would explain the lead around that area, since that’s the Speed's weakest spot.

yep 9-3 oclock increase stability for groundies for big swingers while at 7-5 helps compact strokes specially volley stability
yet the weight at 10 to 2 serious sw whip power with abbreviated flick winners.

Things is Berretini vs Kyrgios seemed to be hitting some short abbreviated flick winners
with the same PJ his recent opponent Struff is using, quite nuts the amount of feel these
190+cm guys are getting with these sticks
1.30 seconds and more

@kaninfaan - the only reason I gave you a like on that was I couldn't give you a love!

Dustin Brown is one of my favorite players. The guy knows how to play on grass! He played short balls until he got Nads looking for them, then all he had to do was push balls deep in the court from the net. Just freaking awesome. And the guy is no pusher, he can decimate the ball. I guess I'm just a sucker for clever play. DB plays out of the ordinary which is so rare these days. And I have to admit, it was just a pleasure watching Nadal miss the ball when all DB did was slice a forehand deep to him.

I've seen it somewhere but can't recall specifics other than it's full poly and at crazy high tension (60+ lbs).

Does anybody know what strings? Hybrid?

Think this predates the switch to Head, but he was using 4g somewhere around 36kgs. Then he switched to ALU, and at least initially I think he stayed with the same crazy high tension.

I have no idea what he’s been using since the switch to the head frame.

I remember hearing him at 2015 Wimbledon and the pop off the strings was so loud I turned my volume down lol.
