    Been playing since July, looking for instructional DVDs, I could use help in all areas of the game, any ideas?

    Pat Etcheberry has a series of conditioning/footwork drills that might interest you. Also, if you buy The Complete Guide to Conditioning for Tennis, or something like that, the book comes with an instructional DVD. Good value for the price.

    That said, both recommendations are for only for conditioning/footwork, which you can learn from using a DVD.

    If you want to learn more about strokes, record a pro match and watch only one player (don't follow the ball). Watch the pro's footwork, movement and technique, like keeping the head still, level shoulders, etc. Depending on your level, you can really learn a lot by watching someone like Federer, Stepanek and Davydenko...
