I have a playlist that use to keep track of songs that have gotten stuck in my head at some point over the years. These aren't all great songs, some of them are annoying in fact, but something about them has gotten stuck in my head at some point. At least for me, I think that Afroman song must hold the record... for more than 6 months I was walking around humming that melody at all times. Ja Ja Ding Dong from Eurovision was a long time too.

This isn't a comprehensive list by any means, but hoping to enlist some help for additional songs that fit this category. What are some songs that have gotten stuck in your head?

there are so many earworms,
but these two ear infestations were on the radio for an eternity here, and seemed to kill all other music, bahhhhh.
(i imagine that some of you would rather not be reminded, hehehe.)

Back to growing up this came to mind, but then...the sync to the Korean army lol....no wonder it has 40 million views. Soooooo satisfying to watch!

 
@happyandbob Looking at your list, I'm glad to see "Scotty Doesn't Know" by Lustra on there. That has been stuck in my head (along with the Euro Dance version) in my head all weekend. You can guess what movie I watched this past weekend as well :)
 
I've already named and gabbed about my favorite songs in various threads, so I'll just post this live recording of my fave Prince tune which I didn't "discover" until earlier this year and must have replayed at least dozens of times since then:


Even the fab Cyndi Lauper cover (to go with a fab album cover, too!) doesn't quite match the Purple One's manic intensity in his live performances. Very glad to have checked 'em out while putting together that greatest-songs thread.

That said... the term "earworm" implies a certain level of frivolity in which case it's hard to go wrong with these two pinnacles of Eurodance schlock:
