Having never studied the craft it's hard for me to say with any great authority but I'd imagine if you get a part that fits in with your background,those would be the easiest. For instance,Tommy Lee Jones was born and raised in Texas and has played many Texans in his movies,I'd say he would consider those roles as the least difficult for him...
