So I have an elliptical at home which only my dad uses.. And I've decided to start working out for the spring. I'm not on any team or whatever. I just want to get in shape in order to be better in tennis. I'm about 5'7", weighing 160 lbs.
I was wondering if there's any good elliptical workout routines to start off on, since I haven't worked out in months, and a way to increase it periodically.
I've also heard doing weights before doing cardio workouts are better (I forgot the reason why). I only have 2 sets of dumbells, one weighing 10 lbs, and the other weighing 15 lbs. I figure I start at a very light weight and increase after periods of time. What are good exercises to work on the arms for tennis with those weights?
