Hi TW!
I'm a big fan of your company, and it is the place where I've purchased about 99.9% of my gear from ( .1% is for brands not sold here). Anyways, I first started on the forum to learn more about tennis and share my own experience. Hence, I believe that was why I was accepted into your december playtest for strings. Unfortunately after waiting more than 2 months, I haven't gotten a single set yet in the mail. I've tried calling to only be led to empty promises or email addresses that just redirect me to another email until finally they told me to email Chris! However, it's been 2 weeks since I've emailed him. Point of this is did you (Chris) every receive my email? I'm worried that maybe the set got lost in the mail or something and that I'll miss the deadline- thus excluding me from future play tests. Thanks!

in my experience TW always responds within 48 hours. chances are your email got gobbled by the internet and never found its way to to the other end - have you tried sending the email again? keep in mind that the playtesters are extremely busy with reviews so that may be another explanation as to why Chris wasn't able to get back to you.
 
I did not receive an email. Sorry you've had so much trouble getting on one of the string tests, it is usually pretty smooth running.

Thank you! I put a comment on your youtube page since it was the only one I had access to. Can't wait to get this fixed!
