She’s very photogenic

I mean players that win one and never see another. Woz. Chang. There have to be more. She's either the real deal, or lightning in a (Sloane) bottle.
As an avid WTA watcher, I think it's clear that Fernandez will make a bigger impact on the ladies' tour than Radu.

Big picture it's probably better that Leylah didn't take the USO hardware and so won't be thrust into the spotlight until she's a little more ready for it.

About all she will be good for.

Ostapenko had multiple years on tour before her major win, and she's had around 4-5 seasons since where we can come to these conclusions. Ostapenko probably won't win another major, but equally it's the WTA and she showed good form leading into Wimbledon last year so if a hot streak happens during a major she could still do damage.
Raducanu needs a couple of full seasons on tour. To add to this, her game style is far more measured than an Ostapenko, and she showed at the AO with her blisters that she can adapt and change her game up when needed. I would not come out and say she will win another major but equally I wouldn't write her off - I'll just wait and see. As a Brit, she's done us proud no matter what now by winning a major. If she can win even 1 more and be a consistent top 10 player that would just be fantastic - a cherry on top if you like.

Whereas Leylah is ready to rock some hardware this year.

To my eye, I think it's clear we'll see Fernandez be the better of the two players going forward. (of course, we'll see how well this post ages :D.)

Of course that's Daily Mail, which means maybe 30% accuracy. But you know The Qlo would love to have their own Osaka for the Asian market.

They should have waited until she shows she can win a game again. I see her dropping down the ranks dramatically this year.

Providing she stays injury free next season I think she will be back in the top 30 by the end of the year. She's had a good break now to recover and get stronger/conditioned for the year ahead. It's mad that whenever she's come back from an injury it's been for such a short amount of time that there just hasn't been any consistency and opportunity to build momentum.
From a UK perspective I'd say she's kind of dropped off the radar in terms of coverage. Obviously the typical celebrity tabloid columns will still feature the odd story about her but in the wider media she only recently just did an interview with the BBC. I imagine on the tour her name in a draw also won't bring such a target like when she had won the USO as a scalp over her isn't really that impressive given her W-L record post USO victory.
Additionally, Boulter is around the Top 50 right now, if she can make seedings at majors which she definitely has the potential to, then sharing that pressure/expectation at least for a few rounds would be beneficial. Boulter also appeals to the celebrity type publications so again a bit less focus from them would be helpful I'd expect.
