MSV values seem a bit strange in general:

In the database both 1.27 and 1.23 Focus Hex are called 16 gauge. The 1.23 is actually 17, or is it 16L? Should be the closest counterpart to 17 soft? And to make it even more puzzling, the 1.27 is much softer:

Something is off. One of the 16s is 16L, but still data appears inverse. Also, I am holding a packet of Focus-Hex Soft from a few years back. On a packet it says that available gauges are 16 (1.30), 16L (1.25), 17 (1.20) and 18 (1.15), and you can see it if you open the string's page in online store.

The most strange is stiffness and string to string friction...... I really don't think that the 1.23 is so stiffer than the 1.27..... Also I don't think that 1.23 could have higher string to string friction!!!.......

@TWE Staff @TW Staff @TW Professor
Please can you finally confirm that there is no error in the comparaison between the FOCUS HEX 1.23 and 1.27??? Don't you inverse the 1.23 and 1.27 data???
Many thanks!!!
i understand confusion. the soft 1.25 plays indeed softer than normal 1.27, but only after some time because the softer seems to soften up while the normal stays the same for long time. The soft seems more elastic too then.

Thanks but I don't talk about soft version...

I'm asking @TW Professor @TW Staff to finally clarify that mistake with ORIGINAL Focus Hex data!!
