WTF this can't be happening. Longest match in history, etc. and they cut it off? Please tell me it is on another channel or something.

This is the most important tennis event there is... and they do this?

I actually have ESPNU, luckily, as part of my extended sports package which I needed to get to get Tennis Channel. But, after the USO, I'm canceling some of my service, because my cable has gone up in price so much in such a short time.

Honestly, I can't blame them much.

Yes, it's the longest match in history.

But it's also the LONGEST MATCH IN HISTORY. They can't spend an entire day showing just one match. I can understand wanting them to keep going if the match is almost over... but it's never almost over, because these two can keep holding serve all day, literally.

You got that right! And you posted that a hour and a half ago. :)

About three hours ago I joked with my husband that this might be the first time a match is suspended twice due to darkness.

Luckily, I pay $2.95 extra/month for the Tennis Channel, a few college sports networks, and some other sports channels (7 in total). The pricing has gone up recently but I signed up 2 or 3 years ago so they still charge $2.95/month.
