Espn's coverage of the davis cup

Well, they don't care much about how the US is doing as well, shown by that link.
ESPN doesn't have the rights to non-US davis cup ties(tennis channel is showing both semifinal ties today)
Thailand Open is on the tennis channel. Don't think any more tennis will be on espn until Masters Cup.

I don't ever remembering seeing a davis cup doubles match. Did they show the doubles for the finals with Spain?

I don't know, coz I saw it live. But I have seen Davis Cup doubles on ESPN. I remember very well that tie against Australia, where Pete played doubles for the US, and we won the doubles in five. That was on TV.

They always show the doubles, which why it's odd that they chose not to during this tie.

Did they show any of the Blake match?
Showed the whole craptastic match, now they showing Andy.

THey showed the whole Blake match. Very surprising, I figured they'd focus on Roddick. After the Blake match, they fast forwarded to 2-0 in the second set. Roddick playing amazingly well on the clay. I think it's mainly his first serve % is great, and he's volleying well.

I have to say I'd love to see Roddick play Nadal on this clay court in Belgium right now. I think Roddick could challenge Nadal, and have chances to beat him with the way AR is playing these points.
