Estimate your serve speed with mobile APPs like ServeSpeed, Tennis Camera?

Hi,

I am trying to add more speeds to my serve, so I need to have a simple way to estimate my serve speed, found a few Apps just for the purpose, like ServeSpeed and Tennis Camera.

Tennis camera claims that it consistently measure it within 5% but most of the times it gets below 3%.

Wonder if anyone tried the Apps, please share your experiences/comments.

Yep, I use Servespeed. It works well.

I am curious how the servespeed app calculates the speed off the racket....

Is it just some function of the average speed offset by the expected loss of speed?
