Examples of 'Low Bouncing + Slow' courts and 'High Bouncing + Fast' courts

Usually slow courts are high bouncing (as the high bounce is part of what makes them slow as it pops the ball up so you can reach it) and fast courts are low bouncing (again, the low bounce makes the court quicker because the ball isn't in the air for long so you can't track it down)...

HOWEVER, there appear to be some exceptions such as courts that are fast and also high bouncing (the US Open comes to mind) and courts that are slow and also low bouncing (the WTF coes to mind).

How do tournament organizers ramp up the bounce of fast courts? And how do they lower the bounce of a slow court?

And what other examples of fast and high bouncing and slow and low bouncing courts are there?

AO 2013 court was slow and low bouncing. Tour finals 2011 was slow and medium-low bouncing, since then it has been bouncing higher.

too bad they don't give the lateral and vertical restitution coefficient for all the classified surfaces... that would answer your question.

Ball type affects speed and bounce too, right? So, why don't we also include ball type into these conversations?
