exo3 hybrid red 102

I want to buy an exo3 hybrid red 102, but I have to be sure they come with that foam material around the graphite on the handle, as I want to go lower than 4". Could you please confirm this?

Yes it features a foam pallet.

Good luck reducing the grip size. It is tough to do well.
