A bro thread......
Extended pushups...lie comfortably face down, relaxed stretched, hand and elbow on the ground, and toes.....
Lift up using abs, thighs, and lats, some forearm pressure of course, but don't push down with elbows. The pressure points are hands and toes only.
:) I won't try, but 15 years ago, I could do 18, as verified at WiseSurfboards in SanFrancisco.
Dips... between counters at said WiseSurfboards, since Bob did 14, I had to do 18.

Used to watch him on TV, as a kid.
Looks like he can do 500.
Me, best was 18 on demand at the surf shop. OTOH, I can surf better than Jack.

Nah, I don't want to get good at anything.
Just broke it out a few years ago, a hot day at the beach, feeling energetic, and of the 15 or so guys who tried, none could do more than 5. Of the 3 girls who tried, 2 did more than 5. Both former yoga instructors..
