Extreme vs Pure Aero grip

Could someone tell me if an Extreme grip size 4 feel the same as a Pure Aero grip size 3?

Maybe reword the question. Not sure everyone understands what you're asking.

The Extreme and Pure Aero grip size should be about the same.

I haven't see either available in a size 3 grip.

Yes they feel the same. If you get a Pure Aero in size 3 and change the stock Syntec Pro grip to a Syntec Team grip, it will feel more like a true size 3

Doesn’t the extreme have the more flat head grip shape?

Babolat grip sizes run a size large. It's been this way for as long as I can remember.

Yes, they are about the same. Bab 3 and Head 4 are about the same.
