Eyelets ripping out on Prince T22s,....

OK,...I got some Prince T22s,...really liked them for last couple mos,....everything is still in good shape....soles,...tread,...etc,.....but tonight i noticed some of the eyelets are ripping out!!!!...,....the top 2 prs of eyelets are reinforced,...so theyre fine,....as are the bottom 2 prs of eyelets,....but 2 pair in the middle,...the laces are tearing the eyelets right out,(non-reinforced eyelets)..apparently i've been pulling them hard enough to tear them out (almost...)...theyre not torn out completely yet....but theyre on their way...

Has anyone ever put those 'eyelets you can buy'....that comes with a pliers like 'punch' device,..and put them in shoes to deal with situations like this??....I know theres a warranty & stuff,...but i dont have the receipt,...and dont want to go through all that hassle...if just putting in metalic eyelets will take care of it,...Thx for any helpful advice,....:neutral:

* Sigh,....So i went out....bought one of those eyelet kits (punch tool and eyelets),.....and put actual 'formal metallic eyelets' in the holes ripping thru the fabric,....used 'em today,...appears to be holding fine,...for anybody that runs into that and doesnt wanna send in for the warranty claim,...
