Ezone 98, 360+ Extreme Tour or other?

Getting back to the game after an absence of 5 years. I was playing the Powerbridge 7 back then, but want to get back to a 98 head size. I'm a 4.5 player, full strokes and more a classic flat shot than spin player. Looking for a 98 racquet that offers a little added pop as I'm getting on in years, but still want good control. Also needs to be somewhat arm friendly, so nothing with an RA higher than 65 and 16x19 string pattern.

Can anyone compare the above two and also feel free to throw in any other racquets that might work.

Thanks

Extreme Tour no pop at all , Ezone 98 and Radical Mp suit your playstyle the best. Both super tight 16x19 patterns , with ezone 98 offering the lowest launch angle. Both very good pop with Radical Mp offering a tad more power.

I’ve hit both extensively since their release in 2020. I actually hit the EZ98 this morning after hitting mainly with the ET since it was released. I prefer the ET. I think the feel/feedback with a dampener is perfect - without a dampener it has a slight ping though. The EZ98 is a lot more muted which some people may prefer but to me it’s a little too nebulous in terms of feedback. The ET is a little more controlled and less forgiving than the EZ98. Both have a relatively flat launch angle/ball trajectory. Both have accessible spin but they certainly are not spin monsters due to their relatively dense 16x19 patterns. Despite having similar weight, balance, and SW the ET swings faster to me whereas the EZ98 feels clunkier. Could have to do with the thicker beam and wider head of the EZ98. Overall both are great sticks, just subtle differences that make me prefer the ET. You may also like the 360+ radical mp.

If you have a 2HBH or are incredibly strong with your one-handed, the Ezone 98 Plus is an absurdly strong racket for flat hitters. String it with a high-powered soft poly and a multifilament cross and your arm will be just fine.

You could also try the Clash 98 Tour if you insist on using a full poly bed. The flex is very weird but gives incredible power. I keep my Clash 100 for the sole purpose of using when my arm is a little tender. I think it could save a lot of people from arm pain.

Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. I've been in and out of several generations of Radical MP's and never seem to be able to warm up to them. I had a DR98 and found that one pretty muted and not a fan of the wider beam in the head.
