Did anyone catch Rublev's kit? Black and grey. He looked like a pretty normal dude at the gym. Nike has really been mailing it in recently (not across the board, but things have been SO boring since USO last year).
I don't mind the simplicity but it's beyond me why Nike made a summer line that looks for all the world like a winter line. Heat wave in Paris and these dudes are wearing obsidian, navy, black. Just... no

I wish I could explain this . . . but I can't.

I can’t be the only one who likes this. Think this, Nishikori, and Rafa are the best three kits on the men’s side. Think Kenin looked great on the ladies side.
I love the pink tie dye but the black striping on the sleeves makes it look cheap. They should have gone with white solid cuff/piping instead and I'd have bought one already.

No catsuit or purple tutu. It's an improvement.
I actually quite like the top and even the tights/shorts - the top is somewhat reminiscent of Agassi's long-sleeved ones from the late '90's, likewise the tights also have a retro vibe; the 'napkin' around the waist however...

Strange that they went with that odd black striped cuff which doesn't seem to match the tie-dye vibe at all. Don't look right. Which is doubly odd since Fila have done patterns with white cuffs before . . . and very well, too.

The trouble is that Lacoste is stuck in the same pattern since they signed Djokovic ...

They have to step up ...
And people complained about how boring Djokovic looked in boring Uniqlo! Lacoste is super dull . . . and I love a classic look.

It's a good kit on its own as are all of Novak's Lacoste kits. But when you remember that there has been little variation within his seasonal kits since 2018, yeah it's getting old.

Paire and Medvedev were wearing the real "adventurous" Lacoste kits over the last several years. There were many and many very good. Djokovic's last (and maybe only really "adventurous") Lacoste outfit (and line, as there were many based on that design) was his USO 2018 kit.

For years now Lacoste's premium designs and materials are going to their RG line, as is the case also this year:

Lacoste's "second skin" effect material.

What are your thoughts on the shorts from that Schwartzmann Fila kit?

lol i'm the reverse....the top was dizzying and weirdly dark to me. but the 'napkin' so you call it was my favorite part, like an athletic UFO skirt. i also liked the tights/shorts. i think 2012 serena especially would have looked good in the bottom half of that outfit....but 2012 serena would have looked good in anything.

i really liked that outfit of djokovic's, and i normally don't notice what he wears. the only thing that ruined it was lacoste's dumb crocodile logo. how does such an ugly thing become a status symbol.

a bet over a crocodile suitcase at davis cup? davis cup...ok interesting....an ugly suitcase....not interesting.
you could not be interesting, you could not love crocos or suitcases but it doesn't matter a penny - it's a history and it was a Rene's decision.
