There's these two old timers who commentate for Eurosport, I love hearing their takes on the matches and players also they don't fake orgasms during commentary like Mats Wilander does.
There are 3. Simon Reed, Chris Bradnam, and Frew McMillan. I really enjoy McMillan and Reed's commentary. Bradnam can be annoying sometimes but he also has a way with words.

For me it's Mark Petchey. He's exciting but doesn't overreact. Great analyst and knows how to make anything sound epic.
Frew McMillan and Simon Reed of Eurosport are great too.
Shoutout to the ESPN crew: Chris Fowler, Darren Cahill, and Patrick McEnroe. Fowler fills the announcer role while Cahill and McEnroe do the hard analysis.

if written commentary counts, Imma go with my boi AndyM. Can't touch this.

for your more traditional TV commentary, can't go wrong with Mats. You really can't. Spoken poetry.
Andeh laughing at Del Potro's forehand was some beautiful spoken commentary tho

Same. Also, Goodall > Koenig any day. He actually gives some insight and details rather than screaming random phrases (most of them which sound ridiculous by now).

Courier, Becker, Hewitt, Koenig. I also like Fowler because he's really objective/neutral, but his tennis knowledge is not quite on a high level.

I detest US open commentary team.

They talk about absolutely anything but the tennis and when they do talk about it , they behave as if they are watching WWE and can't put their voice down.

In recent years, Gilbert, P. McEnroe, Cahill, Mary Joe Fernandez, Chris Evert and John McEnroe. In years past, Tony Trabert, John Newcombe and Arthur Ashe. Ashe was superb.

Robbie Koenig is great for his passion and insight.

The ESPN crew has been great over the years. Fowler is a great straight man to Gilbert's insight and oddities, while Pat McEnroe and Cahill often have great measured insight. Unfortunately, they are covering less and less of US Tennis.

Courier can be a little self focused, but then what can make him great as when he tells it like it is and calls out BS.
