FWIW @InsideOut900 , the best possible example you could use for what you were saying is Rome 2006 final.
The match played at the highest possible level while ending up in a -ve W/UE for both players.

I rewatched the 2013 semi recently and it was a lot more error-filled than I remembered it, although the fifth set was amazing.
Wawrinka was awesome in the 2015 final, but Djokovic looked flat for the most part.

I would go with the 2011 semi. Took a master class performance from Fed to bring down that Djoker.

How 2013 Rafa would play against Fed/Wawa from those years is not relavent...he's a nightmare match up for both of them especially on clay. Not so with Djokovic, if anything it's the other way around.

I think it is, we're talking about top level/performance at the FO here. Hard for me to choose anyone over slam winning form Nadal in that regard,

That neither Fed nor Stan in those respective amazing forms wouldn't have been able to produce such a performance against Nadal is to his credit.

lol again: isn’t it hilarious that Djokovic’s FO best opponent from ‘11-15 (only played Nadal 3x) was better than every single HC and grass opponent he played besides maaaybe ‘12 Wimby Fed and ‘13 AO Stan?

What's funny is that other than Nadal in 2011-2021, Djokovic has only lost to one handers at RG. Could have lost to Tsitsi too this year.

"Only" 3x out of 5? I mean, you could say the same for 2004-2009 Federer (besides 2009 Nadal at AO)...
