Love the jacket but will have to pass on the attire, brown and beige not my deal. Holding out for USO or Wimbledon. Also hoping for just a plain Federer T in say 3X as I like them oversized.

Yeah the colors don't exactly wow me. Also, I feel like you need swap the outfits around. Wear the Brown colored Polo with the Beigeish shorts and then the Begeish Polo with the Brown Shorts, because otherwise, it's way too matchy.

Rebirthed from the Djoker?I think it's the combo shirt+short, with side stripes (esp. on the shorts) that makes me grind my nose.
This otoh, looks really good on Fed:
Would have been even nicer without the white border and red striper on the shorts.
So I thought the Fed kit was really poor. Got the Nish stuff and passed on Fed. The. I wastched the video posted. Think that looks great. Had to go back and pick up the shorts and the tee. It is possible I’m not as smart as I think.

That's the Federer factor for ya; it's like when Duran Duran bemoaned the excessive and illogical nature of their fame with that immortal line: 'It got to the stage where we could record a fart and it would sell.' Many of those still buying Federer's clothing - and apparently, given the RF97A Tuxedo dropped to a ridiculous price when Fed canned it, his racquet - don't care as much about what the stuff actually looks or plays like, as whether or not the goat has played in or with it, or at least a reasonable facsimile of it.

I got the roger 100 title shirt with the logo roger spelled backward cross and 100 diagonal as a gift from a friend. It has Uniqlo logo on the left hand sleeve and the RF logo on the right hand sleeve. I asked this friend where he gets it but he is very secretive about it; however, I am glad I get this really cool shirt, much cooler than this one

It looks totally fine with me. It’s just for one season. Some people likes or the other might not like.

Sport apparel designers make basically samething over and over again.
Very hard to be successful and satisfying everyone. Especially color choices.
I am totally okay with any designs or colors but prefer to see different materials instead of same materials for forever.
Uniqlo needs to change/experiments with other materials which they might already have.

Something like this would look great on Fed. Really don’t think he needs designs and block color outfits sell better I’d think. His RG outfit is crap tho

Some of Novak's Uniqlo designs were quite mediocre too. But they have completely dropped the ball on Federer.

What's the vox pop on Nishigassi's liquorice allsort gear? I prefer it to Fed's which has managed to be both ugly and boring at the same time - Nishi's gear certainly isn't the latter.

What I'm wondering is how that store gets away with selling the shirt at $20 more than the online price. Apologies if someone already mentioned this, I'm not really willing to read the whole thread.

I really like it. The aggressive styling and 90s callback with the colours is pretty much perfect. My only gripe would be that the colour blocking could have been slightly more of the period. I also have to Dock Uniqlo for not selling the pink lava (
