Fed isn't the GOAT as there isn't such a thing a GOAT.
I mean GOAT is a matter of opinion. To me he's the best of his generation, the greatest of his era. What he has achivied so far is just(i leave it to your imagination).
I congratulate him for his win and i wish him good luck for the rest of the season.

Agree,you could make a case for quite a few players.Fed has a strong case now but so do guys like Laver,Borg,Sampras,Pancho,Tilden etc. It's a neverending debate and the one I don't particulary care about.

Exactly.Laver in the 60's,Borg in the 70's,Lendl in the 80's,Sampras in the 90's and Fed now.Each era has his greatest.

I've always approached the debate in terms of the Greek Pantheon: Tier 1 (Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades). Tier 2 (Ares, Hermes, Apollo, Hephaestus). Tier 3 (Eros, Morpheus). Demigods. Then the rest.
