The good old days when you were a Fed hater, before your epic jump to the Fed bandwagon on Jan 28th 2017

Fed will retire one day. Suresh will keep delivering.

Pioline must be in the GOAT race - made 2 finals playing with a kid's racquet from KMart. Probably like Sureshs's.

Laughed hard at this. That racket...

Good shot maker, though. He'd never make a slam final in this era, though. Those Sampras/Pioline finals--you got the feeling that they could play best of 21 and Sampras would win 11sets to none.

hmm..in 2013 many had the same feeling that Federer would retire soon. BUt his comeback was in 2014 only, not 2017. In 2014 his results were

    Semi AO (lost to Nadal)
Won Dubai(beating Djoker on the way)
    RU INdianWells (to Dkjokovic)
RU Monte Carlo(beat Djoker on the way)
    Won Halle
    RU Wimbledon (to Djoker)
    RU Canada (to Tsonga)
    Won Cincy(beat Ferrer)
    SF US Open (to Cilic)
    Won Shanghai(beat Djoker)
    WTF RU(withdrew in final)
    Won Davis Cup

    - Was #2 in world rankings and had to chance to go to #1. Nobody was talking about retirement.

Again 2nd best player in 2015 but fell short of a slam.

In his second comeback, he's now winning slams too :)

Does anyone noticed, on one of his last interviews, talking about retirement, he told "I don't know until when I'll play, I only make plans for a year, I may retire next year, or I may play until the Olympics in 2020, I don't know".
